This does not count the 6.3 million who fled the country.<\/p>\n<p>OCHA\u2019s Deputy Spokesperson Jens Laerke announced this at a press briefing in Geneva. He also said that on Jan. 15, OCHA and UNHCR will launch their 2024 plan to help Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Laerke said Ukraine faced a wave of attacks since Dec. 29 and a harsh winter.
