BISHKEK:The exchange rates of the U.S. dollar, the euro, the Russian ruble, and the Kazakh tenge have shown little change in Kyrgyzstan since the start of 2024.
According to the National Bank, the official exchange rate of the U.S. dollar is 89.0853 soms, while the market rate ranges from 88.8 to 89.7 soms. The euro’s official rate is 98.5328 soms, and its market rate varies from 96.3 to 99.2 soms.
The Russian ruble and the Kazakh tenge have also maintained their stability. The ruble’s official rate is 0.9935 soms, and its market rate is between 0.95 and 1.01 soms. The tenge’s official rate is 0.196 soms, and its market rate is between 0.125 and 0.205 soms.
